Annapurna Dhaulagiri Panorama Trek is one of the shortest and most moderate treks with enjoyable and exciting times in the comfort of nice local lodge with rooms facing views of mountains and warm hospitality of hill people.
Annapurna Dhaulagiri Panorama Trek Outline
Starting this scenic trek from beautiful Pokhara, a famous touristic place blessed with mountains-rolling hills and serene lakes where Annapurna Himalaya reflect on its calm waters making one of the unique place on earth.
From Pokhara a short drive leads towards green hills dotted with many farm villages, where walk leads to a climb past Ulleri village and into enchanting forest of tall rhododendron and magnolia trees.
As walk leads to a climb to reach at scenic Ghorepani, with glamorous views of Annapurna & Dhaulagiri range of peaks surrounded by lush green woodland, where a morning hike takes you to Poon Hill at above 3,210 m the highest point of the trek.
Poon Hill rewards you with excellent panorama of Annapurna & Dhaulagiri range of mountains with Manaslu and Lamjung Himal includes majestic Machhapuchare Himal the Fish Tail peak along with stunning sunrise views.
Return journey taking an alternative and more scenic route via Ghandruk and Landruk Gurung village to reach at the road head in Dhampus village for short drive back to Pokhara and Kathmandu with wonderful experience on Annapurna & Dhaulagiri Panorama Trekking.

In spring times this whole country turns magic with wild-flowers including rhododendron (national flower of Nepal) in full bloom, this area regarded as world’s largest natural garden with views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountains.

Drive / Fly to Pokhara 860 m – 06 hrs. journey and 30 mins on flights.
Drive to Nayapul further to Hille 1,450 m walk to Ulleri village 1,780 m -06 hrs.
Trek to Ghorepani 2,874m – 05 hrs.
Morning hike to Poon Hill 3,210m and trek to Tadapani 2,721m – 05 hrs.
Trek to Tolka 1,645 m via Ghandruk & Landruk village – 06 hrs.
Trek to Dhampus village 1,540 m via Potana with an hour drive to Pokhara.
Fly or drive to Kathmandu and transfer to your respective hotels.
